Urinal Plaque Dedication
Join us in celebrating the oldest urinals in use in all of Chicago. We will celebrate with a ceremony to dedicate a plaque which commemorates these two icons. There will also be a presentation about plumbing in Chicago by local historians Tim Samuelson and Paul Durica.
We will have the beautiful air fresheners pictured here available for sale.

Anti-Superbowl Analog Game Day
This Sunday - skip the Superbowl at Skylark where there’s no TVs and no commercials. Play our vintage board games, choose a popular antique card game (instructions and card decks provided), or bring your own favorite game. We will also be serving up our new LOADED TOTS and you can build your own burger. French toast, Jessé’s chilaquiles, and brunch cocktails will be on the menu too.

Ode to Skylark: Trivia and Talk
Thursday Dec. 12th at 7pm - join us for an evening of trivia and talk. Enjoy presentations from historians Paul Durica and Tim Samuelson on the storied history of the building and Chicago parcel Skylark calls home, 2149 S. Halsted St. From Prohibition court cases to lost cows to a drag bar, you’re gonna want to hear what went down in this spot and what still lurks in the basement.
